Sell customers the pets they want. Keep their cages clean and make sure they have enough food. The specific goals of the two different game types:

story mode: reach the required amount of money in order to advance to the next level.

challenge mode: get as far as you can. The round ends when 5 customers leave your store without being served.

When a customer comes into the shop, a speech bubble will appear indicating what the customer wants. Left click on the desired animal and then on the customer to sell the pet. The speech bubbles become red as customers become more impatient. If the bubbles turn completely red, the customer will leave!

If you happen to get the wrong pet for a customer, you can put the pet back into the cage by clicking the cage. You can also click the recycle symbol to start over.

When a cage begins to look dirty and the food dishes are low, click and hold the left mouse button and drag the appropriate tools, supplies, or food over the cage. Release the mouse button to clean that cage or feed those animals.

After every level you see the purchase screen. You can buy new animals and upgrades in this screen. Click on the plus in the screen with the animal you'd like to buy. Click on the minus if you want to sell an animal. Make sure you have enough animals to reach your goal, but don't buy too many, because more animals means you have to feed and clean more often. If you want to buy an upgrade, click on it to purchase it.

You can carry two pets at the same time. Serve two or more animals of the same type in a row for a bonus.

Serve customers as quickly as possible for a speed bonus.
