The bar at the bottom of the screen slowly empties. Refill the bar by handling payments of customers. The happier the customer, the bigger the refill. When the bar is completely empty, the game is over.

Make the products the customers order by left clicking on the products in your kitchen. Take the order to a customer by left clicking on the corresponding table or the customer at the counter. Accept payment for the order by left clicking the register. You can clean the tables by left clicking them.

When there's something on your tray that hasn't been ordered, you can delete it from the tray by left clicking the product.

When you're out of strawberries, you can pick new fruit from the bushes at the top of the screen. The bushes disappear after a while though, so make sure you're in time to pick more strawberries.

Out of cupcakes? Click the dough, so the oven can start baking new ones. Make sure to click the baked cupcakes in time though, otherwise they will burn.

Make sure your customers don't get angry. If you entertain your customers, they'll stay happier longer. Entertain customers by clicking on the entertainer (the camera man on the right) and then on the table. Remember, happy customers give bigger tips!

François can help you clean the tables. Click a table and he'll do the job for you, so you have more time to serve the orders.

If customers can't find a table, they'll leave. Keep your tables clean and your queues at the counter short or you'll lose money.

If multiple customers pay at the same time, you get an extra tip.

Events will happen during the day, like broken tables, people losing things, and accepting packages. Deal with these to get a higher score.

There are several extra bonuses (like 'freeze bar') to help you during playing, which appear randomly within the game.
