Amy Denio
A familiar figure on the New York indie experimentalist scene, Amy Denio is a multi-instrumentalist and composer. She's fronted such local favorites as the Danubians and the Tone Dogs, playing accordion, percussion, and providing semi-operatic vocals. Denio incorporates everything from World structures and Brechtian themes into her theatrical, avant-garde music.
