Nitzer Ebb
Formed in 1982 in Essex, England, by vocalist Douglas McCarthy, drummer Bon Harris and keyboardist David Gooday, Nitzer Ebb blended electronic dance music with an industrial hard edge, icing it with Balearic dance scene vocal chants. Their debut album That Total Age" (1987) spawned "Join in the Chant" whose Flood remix became a mainstay in the alternative/Balearic dance scene. Flood produced Nitzer Ebb’s second outing, "Belief" (1990), and 1991’s "Ebbhead", giving us the singles "I Give to You" and "Godhead". It wasn’t until 1995 that Nitzer Ebb resurfaced with their fifth album "Big Hit"."
